We work on projects in Portugal and can begin with a remote brief. The proposal specifies the information needed, deliverables, meetings and any site work. Accounting, architecture and other specialist involvement are identified separately. There is no automatic promise of funding, licensing or investment returns.
Yes. The initial brief, document review and planning can be discussed remotely. Site visits, operational observation and specialist checks are scoped separately. Before committing to a property, identify who will verify its condition and who will manage the business locally.
Does the work guarantee finance, a licence or a visa?
No. Savoris provides business and operational consulting. Banks and public authorities make their own decisions. Legal, tax, architecture and licensing matters require the appropriate professionals. A feasibility study tests assumptions; it does not guarantee demand, profitability or approval.
What is included and how is the fee agreed?
The proposal identifies documents, locations, meetings, delivery language and exclusions. A feasibility study, a business plan, an operational diagnosis and implementation are distinct scopes. The FULL versions of the three financial products include certification by an accountant and an accounting opinion; this does not apply automatically to other versions or services.
