Separate quotations and existing accounts from management estimates. Record the period and geography of external data. Model a base case and alternative scenarios, including seasonality, delayed opening and lower sales. A national tourism trend cannot prove demand at a particular address.

Investors and lenders should be able to follow revenue capacity, staffing, working capital and repayment assumptions. We identify missing evidence and the conditions that would change the decision. FULL financial product versions include accountant certification and an accounting opinion; bank approval and investment outcomes remain independent decisions.
Yes. The initial brief, document review and planning can be discussed remotely. Site visits, operational observation and specialist checks are scoped separately. Before committing to a property, identify who will verify its condition and who will manage the business locally.
Does the work guarantee finance, a licence or a visa?
No. Savoris provides business and operational consulting. Banks and public authorities make their own decisions. Legal, tax, architecture and licensing matters require the appropriate professionals. A feasibility study tests assumptions; it does not guarantee demand, profitability or approval.
What is included and how is the fee agreed?
The proposal identifies documents, locations, meetings, delivery language and exclusions. A feasibility study, a business plan, an operational diagnosis and implementation are distinct scopes. The FULL versions of the three financial products include certification by an accountant and an accounting opinion; this does not apply automatically to other versions or services.
