See the operation by department

Room revenue, breakfast, restaurant, bar and events have different cost drivers. We review the information and processes within the agreed scope to identify where management needs clearer evidence. Revenue growth alone is not proof of stronger margins or better cash flow.

Connect service, people and controls

Observation can cover service handovers, purchasing, receiving, inventory, recipe costing and the organisation of work. Documentary analysis examines the available records. A sampled visit is not a complete check of every shift, recipe or inventory item; areas and days are specified in the proposal.

Improve routines before adding automation

Define ownership of guest requests, event quotations and weekly reporting. Automation can help organise information and reminders, provided integrations and data quality are verified. Implementation, training and ongoing monitoring are separately scoped. Daily management remains with the operator unless another service is explicitly agreed.

Questions before investing

Can we work together while I am abroad?

Yes. The initial brief, document review and planning can be discussed remotely. Site visits, operational observation and specialist checks are scoped separately. Before committing to a property, identify who will verify its condition and who will manage the business locally.

Does the work guarantee finance, a licence or a visa?

No. Savoris provides business and operational consulting. Banks and public authorities make their own decisions. Legal, tax, architecture and licensing matters require the appropriate professionals. A feasibility study tests assumptions; it does not guarantee demand, profitability or approval.

What is included and how is the fee agreed?

The proposal identifies documents, locations, meetings, delivery language and exclusions. A feasibility study, a business plan, an operational diagnosis and implementation are distinct scopes. The FULL versions of the three financial products include certification by an accountant and an accounting opinion; this does not apply automatically to other versions or services.
